"Amenities were kind of a letdown"
The amenities were disappointing... the pool didn’t look clean at all, and the Wi-Fi kept cutting out all night! Not exactly what I was hoping for.

"Maintenance still hasn’t been handled"
I thought maintenance was finally going to take care of it, or actually, maybe I just hoped they would, but it’s still not fixed. Frustrating to keep waiting with no real update

"Wish I’d picked somewhere with easier beach access"
I was disappointed with the beach access. I thought it would be simple, but it ended up being confusing and way more of a hassle than I expected. We kept trying to figure out where we were supposed to go, and it took away from the whole stay. Kind of regretted booking this place because that was a big reason we chose it.

"Booking Should’ve Been Straightforward"
I put in my dates and got the booking started, so I figured everything was set like it normally should be. Then it was canceled with no clear explanation, which was frustrating. I don’t think it’s too much to expect a simple reason if a booking can’t go through.

"Check-in was an absolute disaster"
Check-in was way more stressful than it ever should’ve been. The instructions were not clear at all, the lock details came in late, and when we got stuck, nobody responded quickly enough. After traveling all day, this was literally the last thing we needed. I’m completely sure this could’ve been handled so much better.

"Just wasn’t in the right spot for us"
It just felt too far from everything for us. Like every time we wanted to go somewhere or grab something, it turned into more of a hassle than we expected, and after a while that got annoying. It might work for someone who doesn’t mind being farther out, but for us it just wasn’t very convenient.

The cottage itself was totally fine and I still want to like this place, especially since I’ve usually had good experiences booking stays like this through the brand. But the host communication was just okay. They did respond, just not always quickly, and a couple times I had to follow up to get a clear answer. The check-in details also came later than I would’ve liked, which made things a little stressful. It wasn’t a bad stay by any means, just kind of average and more frustrating than I expected

"Felt cramped and not worth the price"
We stayed here thinking it would be a little more spacious, but the cottage felt tight for our group. The bedrooms looked bigger in the photos, and once everyone had their bags inside, we were constantly stepping around stuff just to move through the place.
The comfort level was just okay too. The beds were on the hard side and the couch felt worn, so it wasn’t really the kind of place you wanted to relax in after being out. For what they’re charging, I expected more, and it did kind of give me the feeling they care more about getting bookings than making sure the stay is actually comfortable. I probably wouldn’t choose it again

"Honestly just isnt worth the price"
I really wanted to like it, but for what you get, it just feels too expensive. It doesnt seem like the quality or value matches the price.

"Not as clean as I expected"
I stayed here thinking it would be a cozy little cottage, but the place really didn’t feel clean. The floors seemed dirty, there was hair in the bathroom, and the kitchen counters were sticky. We ended up wiping things down ourselves before even unpacking, which was frustrating after traveling. It just wasn’t what I was hoping for, and I wouldn’t book again unless they really improve the cleaning.

"Customer service did get back to..."
Customer service did get back to me and answered my questions, but a couple of times it took longer than I was expecting. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, the replies felt a bit slow. They were polite and helpful once they responded, though, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I’d just like to see quicker response times...
